Welcome To Orion’s Organics

I started Orion’s Organics Because I have always believed there is something powerful about growing your own food/ herbs/ flowers. Over the years, what began as a garden slowly became tea blends, lavender harvests, microgreens, and classes rooted in simple, sustainable practices.

This space is where I’ll share what I’ve learned-practical growing guides, herbal recipes, tea blending tips. And reflections from life in South Western Pennsylvania, where I’m still planting harvesting and learning in my seventies . Whether you are brand new to herbs or have been gardening for decades, my hope is to make herbal living feel approachable and beautiful.

I believe in organic methods, hands in the soil, and honoring the plants that support us. I believe small daily rituals -like brewing a cup of herbal tea- can ground us in meaningful ways
